Standard Returns (non-warranty )
If you have a product that you wish to return that is not subject to a warranty claim. The following requirements must be met:
Defective products will be processed according to the applicable warranty.
Credits:
CSC LED will issue a credit for the product upon receiving the defective unit back to our warehouse or receiving sufficient proof of the defect. CSC LED will pay the freight to return the defective product.
Replacement:
CSC LED will send a replacement product upon request and will pay the freight. If the defective product is not received back to us, or sufficient proof of the defect is not received, within 30 days, the replacement fixture will be invoiced to your account.

If you received product that was damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damage. If it was delivered by one of our carriers, we will send you a replacement at no cost, and handle the damage report with the carrier.
Unfortunately, if the product is damaged by your carrier, we can not provide replacements or submit claims on your behalf and we encourage you to submit a claim to your carrier for compensation.
